Shipping policy

1. Overview

At Mahogany Shea & Silk, every Tasting Room order is handled with the same level of luxury, care, and attention that defines our brand. Each box is hand-prepared, inspected, and beautifully packaged to ensure your samples arrive safely and in pristine condition.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During product launches, sales, or seasonal events, processing may take up to 5–7 business days due to increased demand.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and another once it has shipped.

3. Local Delivery (Detroit Metro Area)

Local delivery is available within a 50-mile radius of Detroit, Michigan.

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday between 10 AM and 5 PM.

Please ensure your address, contact number, and any special instructions (e.g., gate codes, safe drop-off spots) are included at checkout.

Local orders are typically delivered within 2–3 business days of processing.

4. Domestic Shipping (United States)

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx Home Delivery, depending on your location and selection.

Standard shipping times range from 3–7 business days, depending on distance and carrier delays.

You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier rates.

5. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select regions.

Delivery times vary by country and may range from 10–21 business days, depending on customs and carrier conditions.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their respective countries.

6. Packaging & Handling

Every M.S.S Tasting Box is packaged using eco-friendly, recyclable materials to align with our commitment to sustainability.

Products are carefully cushioned and sealed to maintain their quality during transit.

During warmer months, temperature-sensitive items are insulated to preserve texture and integrity.

7. Order Tracking & Support

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact our support team at support@mahoganysheasilk.com with your order number.

We will assist in locating your order or filing a carrier claim if necessary.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and items.

Lost packages will be investigated with the carrier. If verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

M.S.S is not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but not received by the customer. Please ensure delivery addresses are secure.

9. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our handcrafted and sample products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on Tasting Room boxes unless a product arrives damaged or incorrect.
